The lady at the front desk was pretty nice and friendly, gave me good vibes when we checked in. The bathroom was a decent size despite it being dirty, just wish I could’ve used the shower.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but reasonable for what I got.

The hallway was dimly lit and the

room was far from clean when we arrived. It had a musty odor, and the linens were stained. The staff was friendly, but the issues really overshadowed the experience. I expected better given the brand association.

quality inn offered a spacious double room with a comfy sofa and coffee table. everything was reasonably clean, and the friendly hotel manager made us feel welcome. the breakfast was delicious, too! it's close to everything we wanted. definitely worth it for the price.

The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for leisure. The room came with neat amenities like a hairdryer, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a seating area. Cable channels kept us entertained. Plus, we had a TV and tea/coffee maker available. The heating worked well, but toilet paper could be more plentiful.

Nice place with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and clean non-smoking rooms. The staff once helped my old parents with a friendly attitude, which I cherish. Highly recommend for a cozy stay!

Nothing it was perfect

I checked into the Quality Inn in Fayetteville and found the room to have a musty smell. The cleanliness left much to be desired. there were black hairs on the sheets upon inspection. I got new sheets from the front desk, which took some time. Air conditioning worked great, and the swimming pool was clean and enjoyable. The staff, especially Tracy at the front desk, were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was decent considering it was included—scrambled eggs and coffee were good. However, the overall condition of the property felt worn down and could use some renovations. The location is convenient with easy access to the main roads, but it suffers from overall disrepair. A more thorough cleaning and attention to detail in the rooms would elevate the experience significantly.

The room had hard biscuits, yet the bed was comfortable during the stay.

I loved the outdoor seasonal pool! It was perfect for a refreshing dip after a long drive. However, the room could've used a deep clean, especially the bathroom. 😕
